Mo's Dream Team Guest Designer Challenge

Hi- This is my entry for the Mo's Dream Team Guest Designer Challenge.  This is my first challenge ever...and I'm a little nervous.   But I fell in love with Mo's amazing art a week or so ago when I was surfing, and I had to join in the fun...

The image that I used is "Soaking Up the Joy"...I also added a stamp from SU's Say it With Scripture.  Both were colored/airbrushed with Copics.
The card base is SU's Garden Green, and the Scalloped Circles (Nestabilities) are from SU's Blue Bayou.   The background paper and the colorful strip are from Basic Grey.  The colorful Basic Grey strip is bordered with white, accented with MS's edger punch.
The paper roses are made with Bazzil pink scraps, and a large flower punch.  The leaves are from SU's God's Beauty set, embossed in clear.   Final accents are white Flora Doodles, pearls, Stickles and little butterflies from scraps.
Thank you for looking...I hope you enjoy it!

This is my mother's Happy Birthday card...Her birthday is today, and I always remember it with joy, because it is the first day of Spring, among other reasons...
What better way to celebrate a 1st Day of Spring Happy Birthday than with daffodils?

I got my inspiration for the beautiful daffodils from LeeAnn Greff's website...
You can see her creation here...it's quite lovely.
The card is Not Quite Navy, with Urban Garden DSP, and some Old Olive, Kiwi Kiss and other scraps from my scrap drawer.   The oval and scalloped oval Nestabilities centerpiece was sponged with Bliss Blue for a cloud-like effect...the flowers were finished with a dot a Stickles in the center.

Hope you enjoy it!

Hamster Birthday Cupcake

OK, so I am now totally hooked on Mo Manning's Digital Pencil art!   I fell in love with this Hamster right away, and since we have a little boy's 1st birthday party to go to today, it was a must-have.
I colored him with Copics and added Stickles...the base of the card is Not Quite Navy.   Oh my word...he looks like he was just busted!

Rose Wedding Card

OK, so I am very new at this...it's my first blog post, so bear with me.
This is a card that I made for a friend's wedding...her colors were black red and white, so I made her wedding card to match.

I used Stampin' Up black, Very Vanilla, and Real Red. I cut out the oval openings with the Nestabilities Oval set.   The Very Vanilla front was stamped with the Baroque swirled stamp.   Then the flower was made with 10 scalloped circle punches, fastened together with a brad and "ruffed up" a bit.   No card of mine is complete without a bit of Stickles, so that finishes it all off.   I hope you enjoyed....
